Crazy day. Many US stocks finished green after a horror start.

Wondering whether we've seen the bottom? Looking at some fundamentally more solid companies that appear to have been swept away with the rest. NEE, for example. Looks over sold?
Yep crazy indeed. I had a 12% drop recovered to a 3% loss. I'm hoping that Monday is a fresh start and some more steady gains come along. Starting to wish I had taken my profits out last week and left the original investment in.

What are peoples current thoughts on ABML?

Plenty of good news stories about 10 pages back but 36% down this week? Is this the dip or is it just tied in with the absolute massacre that is the whole of the US at present (along with the new T212 fee's!)
My two speculative stocks are ABML, and NNDM. Both have taken a pounding recently, but I'm still up by a small amount.

I still believe in both companies so definitely won't be selling, may even add a bit when they show signs of bottoming.

lol biggrin

I only pop into lse to get an insight into the odd stock. I'm sure there's some very clued up investors in there, but most of them are absolute dreamers. The place makes me cringe. ADVFM might be a more grown up site? Neither of them have made me any money though so I try to stay away smile

Don’t let reality spoil it . Only read LSE , never actually check the SP and blissful ignorance can be your prize !

This isn't the stimulus package though? Just checking.

Sorry link didn’t work.

The Senate approved a $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief plan on Saturday, as Democrats muscled through a marathon debate — and overcame dissent from moderates within their own ranks — to move one step closer to delivering President Biden his first legislative victory.

This was first paragraph

Us casuals really get screwed. Market closes for us. Company releases earnings report or so. Bad results. Aftermarket sells big time it drops 20%. Next day Market opens sees 20% down and you get screwed.

Then trading 212 doesn't put your sell order through until its 45% down, then seconds later its only 30% down..
