Fantastic annual results from BOO. Hoping for a good lift today.
Doesn’t good results normally mean a drop?

Seems to be the current theme
Wow, big increases in revenue/profit/cash over last year.... and yes the sp has gone down. fgs! Meanwhile companies that have never made a profit or even any revenue have mcap of tens of billions.

If anyone is looking to get into HE1, today may be it.
Seems like that there is a correction in the price this morning, and it's dropped about 2p already.

Interested but why do you say correction? The price has returned to where it was 24 hours ago, but is still 130% above where it was a month ago. Its a 1 day correction at best, do you see this as a good opportunity?

It peaked at 24.5p yesterday, due to the good news, but has been travelling north without so much as a break.
At the price of 24p for a company with no assets, it could be seen as overbought as it go ahead of itself, the price will fall. It may also be the case that people could be taking profit from the previous days spike too.

However the flip to this, is that the share price is lower and so then seen as oversold, so people pile in and the share price climbs again, surpassing the previous 24.5p peak. IT's already climbed back up to 22p.

The market makers will probably get in on that too and give it a little shake to knock out a few stop losses, so that they can swoop in and grab a load at the same time.
Do your own research, but it would have been nice if i had some free cash to buy in when it dropped.

Is PHE is widely held stock on here?

What is your opinion of the company?
I’ve been in since 0.29p cost me 3 grand ish. Sold out at 10p so £100k I just thought it had been over hyped. I’ve waited for a few months and bought back in at under 6p (I reckon 4 odd p is a bargain) just over half of what I had before. The build of the plant is progressing I believe it should be complete this year. Once it’s operating it’ll be a game changer PHE could change the world quite literally. They’ll licence it out all over the world.

Have you read their website? www.powerhouseenergy.net

The White family have huge holdings and have held for years. Howard White was a big noise in oil and gas I believe and fully believes this is going places. Me too!
Wow bought at £3k and sold for £100k - that's an amazing win....how did you hold on for so long, did you take any profits on the way?

These are class B shares, priced differently.
They're typically about 5% apart not 95%!

Slightly tempted but think a few more may get shaken out yet... Still - I've said that before and missed out on the recent rises!

Clearly there are people with appetite at 28p so, all being well on May 12th (and that's still a gamble), there is money on the table.

The closer the vote gets, the more the nerves will set in, I suspect...

The recent (2 weeks) rises did seem a bit quick and I am still not 100% comfortable the JPM/BB buying is good for the long haul as it feels like someone is in the background and doesn't want to step into the light...

This could be a good one to drop some "willing to lose" money into and don't look at it again until after the 12th or even 2nd court date on the 19th.

Price seems to have stabilised, but i reckon it'll drop again before day's end. Horrible seeing profit dropping..

I've been in and out of PHE too, it's been a funny old rideup to 4.5p, slow drift back to 3.0p a number of times, done OK for me BUT bought back in at about 8p after it hit 10p and since then it has slowly slipped down. I'm sure there's a happy ending coming but I do wonder sometimes. Was never a huge fan of Tim Yeo when in politics and wonder if he's the right guy here.
Thanks all - think it's an interesting one.

Not seeing anything else on the board that takes my fancy at the moment. I have no interest in crypto, despite everyone in the office seemingly being all over it but my THX has done nicely. Looking for another leg up on AIM listing and gold pour, hopefully next month.
ALGW?

They have done me well from first purchase 1.7p and the last purchase a couple of weeks ago at 6.2p

ouch....they have earnings tomorrow.

I convinced my gf to sell half her holding at $166. She's still got some and won't be pleased to see that. I sold mine like a genius on the way up in tranches between $50-70 having got in at $20.

In my opinion it's a dead stock now that the covid stuff is somewhat behind us.

3 divs in the last 2 days so nice seeing "free money" dumped into the account. Problem is 2 or 3 stocks are dropping big chunks negating the overall balance going up.

Other than the 2 green stocks all the long term divs are doing well so its now just a long term hold and collect job.
