I'm holding onto SYME....it's the banker for my Porsche in four years.

Just put three bags into Stagecoach.

Lottery tickets are what this thread is all about. ORR is mine. I've traded it a few times but doubled my holding a couple of weeks ago. There's talk of them being the next GGP but it all depends on:

1. How much gold they find in Cameroon
2. What IAMGOLD find in Senegal and how that project develops

Always a risk with gold exploration but if it goes to plan it'll be a decent windfall.

Is anyone in ABML still?

I bought fairly recently so average is $1.55 but having done a lot more reading I think the main attraction was it was $4 rather than being an actual business.

Having read some of the negative research it seems to imply it’s a bit of a scam but would be good to hear the views on here.

I think I am going to halve my position anyway and then reconsider.

Thanks

Adam.

Luke and I hold decent size positions so that is worrying (Luke won’t be)

Link to that research please

Now the CLNs are gone I am also tempted putting in a small amount if it hits 1.5ish,

Though I swore not to go back in until Vlad was demoted. I got out ages ago at flat.

Am I mad?

All very concerning. Think I'll halve my exposure. It was published March 10th when the stock was $2.10 and it's drifted down since then except the spike from $1 to $1.60ish now sitting at $1.48

My average is $1.59 so would only be a tiny loss on selling 50% today.

Looks more like one of those short hit jobs to me. Is it overvalued as things stand, yes, but long term I think its sound.

That doesn't read well...

I've not looked at them before, so I took a look at the website & investor slide deck which seem very light on details. They seem to claim they will revolutionise the world of battery recycling, but what is their actual tech/IP? There is pretty much no info shown.

On the plus side they’ve just been granted planning permission for the factory

Hmmm, interested in Luke’s opinion as our resident expert on ABML

That Spruce Point thing has been torn to pieces many times and really is old news. They were and possibly are still shorting ABML massively. I wouldn't sell based on that personally.

Also just wanted to add, they're speaking at conferences left, right and centre, as Adam's just mentioned first round of approval for the factory has just gone ahead, their CTO is ex Tesla, COO ex Facebook and they've recently got involved with a world renowned Nobel prize winner. Doesn't sound very scammy to me. But, hey you never know. Knowing my luck it probably is. wink
