Ok suggestions please.

I have a high-risk portfolio that is currently being held up by Kodal Minerals - essentially money I set aside in an ISA that I accepted I may never see again (SYME looking at you).

I have now transferred another £3k following bonus time. For this I want a basket of solid, dividend-payers. What would you go for?
Kodal got diluted today which is annoying as there seemed to be no warning of it.

My portfolio is similar to yours a load of dross hoping to hit it big
Kodal ggp zinwald rr etc. But I also have big hitter proper companies that over 50 years etc only go up steadily. PepsiCo proctor and gamble,

I buy them when they are down with the rest of the market for no reason.

Yes but feels like it is over sold given the other snippets in the RNS.

Thanks for the tips on long-term boring, but safe holds. smile

with a 12/24 month investment horizon (ie not 10 years) I went with:

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd
Quarterly dividend amount USD 17.00
Current SP USD 62.5
Annual dividend yield 108.83%
I can't seem to see that on HL, am I being dim?

Ok gone Legal & General, Rio Tinto, Persimmon....then got bored and took a punt on Peloton mainly because I have watched it go up and down like a tart's knickers for the past year and thought I might have bought in a dip for a quick win.

I was wrong.

As an aside, i sold out of BP this morning thinking it would drop back again. Didn't, up another 7p.
And continued up today.
When I bought a few months ago at around 400p, it looked like it would go up a little or stay somewhere about the same. It didn't it dropped by around 10%, now I've sold it's on the climb. One day I'll get the hang of this.

Another 50bps increase from the Fed.

I guess we'll see what the conference brings in 30 mins.

Think we might be able to get a rally for a few days based on the conference and sounds coming out of the Fed (hopefully!)

The ongoing and substantial buybacks have kept me from selling off/out of BP / SHEL.

Had them before and sold at a tiny profit but just thought they had already had their crazy run especially with such a high pe ratio. As assail above hopefully brings up other lithium plays.

Like the titanic it is going down. I'm hoping for some sort of Russian peace for 1 final spike up and then bail on that
