Innovaderma IDP trading statement out today.

Profits up, share price should go up long term.

Yeah, BOO.L seems to be on the way back up after that slide.

Reckon the weather and upcoming holidays won't be harming sales for the BH, PLT & NG clothing lines.

What are people's thoughts on MTFB.L at the moment? Doesn't appear to be doing much...

I'm going to hold MTFB long term, until full commercialisation of Iclaprim or a big pharma buy them out.

I don't know if the market is being manipulated, but I do think there's some sort of big revaluation due, I suspect it may not happen though until full fda approval is granted, which could be this time next year, im prepared to wait, I am suprised it fell off the last big spike so rapidly, i though it would touch 50p and fall back to around 45p, my average is still under 30p and i beleiev we wont go under that, but who knows? No me obviously

ANyone looked into UKOG? Another small gas co.

Caught a relatively positive story on the local news about them the other day (local residents not up in arms, that kind of thing) and they've released news this morning that initial drilling is under budget and on schedule.

Could be a short term punt at 1.1p if you're into that kind of thing!

I was just looking at those yesterday, tempted to buy. There isn't much market data on popular sites though.

I wonder if BooHoo could be a decent short now, looking for deeper falls? Buy the rumour, sell, the news and all that. Seems to have struggled to build on recent results and that is one hell of a rise.

It dropped yesterday after Amazon announced their "Wardrobe" offering, across the whole sector, US Dept stores, Zara, ASOS etc.

Amazon will one day just be the only shop left for anything.

Fair point- I had it in my head the results were last week. It's just whenever something gets an evangelical following it can start to suggest that it's all factored in. We'll see.

Indeed, they are certainly flavour of the month, anything they hint or suggest at entering has all the incumbents SP's dropping in trepidation.

On a different note, anyone else in BLVN and following recent Crown Ocean mgt changes?

If someone told me in 2015 that Amazon could rise 5 fold from where it was, I would have thought them properly mental.

Looks like I was the stupid one there!

Like Amazon? BOO is cheaper than Amazon by a long way. As if Amazons entry into clothes will matter-Amazon is uncool. It will just be another division of theirs that loses a tonne of money.

That mirrors my opinion, to some extent.

'Fashion' is different to 'clothing'. Unless Amazon buy Boohoo, the young girls and boys will continue buying 'cool' Boohoo over Amazon.

Trends matter.

I honestly didn't know Amazon didn't really sell fashionable clothes - just assumed they would!

It's funny, I've found myself more wound up over the money I've not won by getting out to early than the money I've lost by getting out too late.

I've taken everything out of my FTSE 100 funds now, distributed it between some funds into uk small cap and European growth... I know it's been said on here since Christmas but I think we've seen the FTSE peak now for quite some time, short of a complete collapse in the £ and one last fire sale it won't hit 7500 again... He says.

Still got one eye on PMO again.
