So basically, if they don't phone me on the first of the month I don't need to bother checking the app on the second. frown
I didn't realise they did that either.

Just noticed that if you go to https://www.nsandi.com/prize-checker and scroll down a bit it already lists the March "High Value Winners" with Bond numbers as well. Sadly I'm not in the £100k or £50k prize list either this month! laughcry

^^^ Interesting to see the prizes.

One chap from Southampton won £25,000 and only has a £41 holding, bought in 1974!

How can this be for the March draw? March results aren't due until tomorrow according to the app and website.
Doesn’t mean the draw hasn’t been made just that the app take a day or two to update all the big prize holders know ASAP.

Thanks for that... I didn't realise... it's taken the excitement out of checking the app tomorrow! biggrin

Nothing in 11k. Just £75 over 6 draws. Not a good return.

£50 on £50k, making it £275 in the last 6 months.

Looks like a pretty 'standard' rate of return.

There is an app for android/iOS that gives you the results sooner.

Go to 'Transaction history' if you have an account and a PC.

Another £75 here making a total of £250 this calendar year.

(Yes I know, but i'm not telling you tongue out)

Silly question probably, but I wonder how it would work out if I extended my mortgage by £50k and put it into PBs? Would it equal out, but with the chance of winning big every month?

You would expect to earn 1.4% with average luck, so probably not.

This.

Have you ever left your home on the first working day if the month before?

Did they give the milion quid to somebody else on any of those occasions?

Well there's your answer.

£0 for 3 months on £18k ......well this game has got boring very quickly frown
4 months with £18k invested and just had my first £25 win!
Jan was £50 for me and Feb seems to be £125 on £100k
£175 this month and that's me oooout. Need the money for a house now. It was definitely more entertaining than having it sit in a quick access savings account biggrin

How safe is this? I will need to pull the money out for a house purchase in two years so that 6.5% is appealing!
