Been building it up in my account from June and there was about £11k in there, yesterday was my first prize (£25), I may find somewhere else to put it...

First month in 2 years winning nothing, it usually returns £25 to £75 on investment of £50k frown

They said one day my luck would run out... although it was my standard of driving rather than investments angel

11k is peanuts, that's why your pay outs are paltry.
You need the full 50k to achieve a 1 - 1.5% return.

You will get the same % return with any amount. If you want to win every month, then you need 50k

First month with the max, won 3x £25. What happens with the prize money, always before I've had it auto reinvest to more bonds but now I'm at the max I assume it'll be paid out. They don't still do it via cheques do they?

Think they are moving away from cheques, but login and make sure your settings are paperless, will be paid into your nominated account.

Perfect thanks, any idea when the money usually arrives?

No celebrity for me, there's a lockdown on don't you know, but I'll now be REALLY disappointed if I don't get a comedy sized cheque!

How do you work out your annual rate of return against a moving total number? Struggling to find a calculator to do this for me! Thanks

2 x £25 on 100k this month.

Think it was £75 last month.

Edit to make more sense: No that's helpful thanks. So that 50,000 number is the moving number each month.

Do I just work out each monthly return and then add them all up, divide by 12 to get an average for the year?

Well, how long would it take you to try both?

I used the website.
Why did you respond to a discussion about the app saying it worked for you then ?
Some people might call it drift. I don't think it is necessarily unhealthy.

Well £2 x £25 this month which is twice as good as last month but not that good for the running average which never seems to be much better than 1% overall. One day I might get a big win. .....looks at the odds and sighs!
