Took me about 10 minutes of faffing about to get logged in to NS&I. Total of £200 on £50k for March, decent enough!
I've been trying to register for a while keep getting told "we need some more details we will contact you soon" I managed to check and won £25 so at least got a cheque for that. Want to check to see if I have won anything in the previous 25 years as never checked.and don't know how much I have.

I would think you could except that April 1st is a Saturday so you might run into trouble with banking delays
Also the Prize checker says next results on 4th April so does that mean the draw is not completed until Monday if the first is on a weekend
Thanks, I’ll invest in the Isas this month. Also the Prize checker says next results on 4th April so does that mean the draw is not completed until Monday if the first is on a weekend

Finally after 2-3 months of trying to get it set up, I have managed to login to my online account for NS&I!
I remember when setting up my online service with them (moving from paper Bonds to online) I had to set up my password by reading it out over the phone, which I found a bit odd and not as safe as I would've liked. 2 x £100 for me this month on £50k.

Mrs Knee and I have had £250 each since 2013.
Nothing in 10 years.
£250 of bonds each? That's not hugely surprising. At 1-3% return over 10 years, you'd expect £25-£75 back over 10 years, so 1 prize each would get you into that bracket, you just haven't hit it yet. Most people posting regular returns on here are sat on holdings in the 10s of £'000.Nothing in 10 years.

Does anyone pay into NSANDI through standing order?
I have tried and every single month I get this on my bank statement:
REVERSAL OF NSANDI - £xxx
I can pay in by card but not by a standing order
I pay by standing Order. I set it up years ago and never had problem but the way you set it up has changed.I have tried and every single month I get this on my bank statement:

My wife set hers up recently and took a couple of attemps to get it to work. I believe the setup instructions have been updated and she followed them to get it working. She was getting the same message as you to begin with but working fine now

Thank you. Just logged into NSANDI and copied all the information directly, so hopefully from next month it will work properly My wife set hers up recently and took a couple of attemps to get it to work. Are you paying in (or attempting to) from the linked account you have for winnings?
With some savings and mortgage linked accounts (Marcus for example) they will only accept payments in from the linked account, no other source
I set up my account for any winnings to go back into premium bondsWith some savings and mortgage linked accounts (Marcus for example) they will only accept payments in from the linked account, no other source
I am hoping the new standing order works. It's possible I may not have given the EXACT details before which they say is crucial
