Buying some shares for a quick investment

Currently i have no experience in buying shares etc. However i have decided i want to invest in a company i have been monitoring for awhile now which i can see rising in the next few days. Only problem is there an american company

Any idea's how i'd go about doing so?

Just go through a broker as you normally would - I use tdwaterhouse.co.uk, but there are numerous, iii are another one, if you search, there's threads already on it.

Be careful by the way, unless you're day trading, shares are rarely a 'quick' investment.
