Lean-to extension using SIPs - any advice?

I'm planning to demolish a timber framed lean-to and rebuild a larger version which will be a general storage area/glorified shed/utility area.
I'd planned on rebuilding using a timber frame then insulating and cladding but have been reading about these SIP panels and they look interesting and would make the job a lot quicker and easier I reckon.
I've already laid a course of blocks to mark out the area which and will install a DPC and a sill plate. Would the panels simply sit on this?
The size of the new lean to will be 3.6 x 4.2m with a single pitched roof. Is it simply a case of having four panels cut to size and then joining them together, or is it slightly more complex than that? Would I need to specify spaces for doors & windows or would I be able to cut these myself?

I've just had a granny annex built with SIPS, in my case they fitted into a timber frame (the frame was built up as they went along).
