Cucumber - help please?

Hi - coming to the end of our 1st attempt at a vegetable plot this year - mostly gone well, but have a couple of questions regarding our cucumber plants currently growing in the greenhouse.

I have 2x plants in a grow bag - one has gone mad (literally all round the greenhouse) and produced quite a few cucumbers, the other hadn't grown so well and is only just producing its 1st cucumber.

For next year, should i be stopping the growth by cutting back?

Also, the plants currently have a light patchy white mould look to some of the leaves - what is causing this and should I remove the leaves affected?
