Hi Guys,
Unable to get hold of my plumber and got a quick question.
I have got a customer which has a Alpha boiler and i need to swap this for a Valliant, however the flue is incased in some areas.
Does anyone know if the Alpha flues is able to be used with a valiant boiler?
Alpha use a 'Easyflue' however unable to find anywhere if this will fit

You'd need to swap the flues. If one of the manufactures engineers came out to look at it under it's time in warranty, they wouldn't be too impressed by a different flue being used.
Only if the existing flue is not up to current regs and installed to the new boilers instructions.I just think that you'd know where you stood if you replaced it. If it came apart (which I think is why the new regs say that you have to be able to see every inch of it) you'd be liable for someone else's install.
If you do everything yourself you know what stand it is to. What's installed, how it's done and that it all marries up perfectly well.
