You're better off looking elsewhere... there's currently a huge lack of rental properties in London and the surrounding areas. Even out here, I just let a house in Sandhurst 3 days after informing the agents it was available. Viewed last Saturday, move in tomorrow.

For landlords at the minute the market is excellent, fast turnarounds, long lets - just what we all like smile

So, you may need to look further out, and travel in.

You might also want to think where you're going to park the 911 - on the street would not be my preference.

911's are 10 to the dozen in the city. mine was parked outside my flat in E2 and no-one cared

you can haggle a bit.

my flat in spitalfields is with agents at the mo for 1000pw, I would accept 970

if you came to me direct I would do 850
