Anyone got experience of moving to Right To Manage (RTM)
Discussion
I own a flat in central London where we have received poor service from the freeholders managing agents for a number of years. The residents association committee members (including myself) are therefore beginning to investigate Right To Manage (RTM) which would allow us to appoint our own managing agent who would be answerable to us.
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of what is involved in moving to Right to Manage and any issues to look out for?
All advice would be very much appreciated.
