What kit for maitaining 10x40m lawn

Need to get hands on with lawn about 40m long by about 10m wide on a gradient. In faily bad condition with moss etc and not that flat. We just want to be able to keep the lawn tidy nothing too fancy. There are hedges to both long sides and planted within the lawn.

I'm thinking the following

- petrol self propelled with roller about 18"?
- compost bins
- incinerator
- petrol blower / vac for leaves and debris

My dad has had a honda for over 20 years and still going strong. They are pricey so am looking at ebay. What about hayter or mountfield?

I'd cross the vac/blower off the list. Lawnmower will pick up the debris just as well!
