Help Heating System!

I do on the new radiators that I fitted but I took the tops off them thinking it might be that stopping the water going in.....

I presume this should make them free flowing?

Yeah- with the tops off they would be fully open

It won't be the TRVs, even if they are closed it would still fill through the lock shield valve. Does sound like a blocked cold feed. It needs addressing, no good just filling it with a hose pipe.
