Ceramic hobs

I have just purchased a bosch ceramic hob and there is no wireing instructions can anyone help.
I have removed the back cover to reveal 5 terminals 1.2.3. and 4.5 are bridged together.

Click the one you have and under 'additional documents' it has the relevent manuals. A quick glance it seems there are no intructions for the wiring and just says use a qualified electrician.
