I've arranged a viewing and might put an offer in.

I need 45 bedrooms and this ticks the box.

Not detached so I'm not bothering. No front garden either & for £300m, I'd want a bit of privacy to be honest!

Would make good bedsits though with 45 rooms - anyone got the number for Northern Rock?

The adjoining property would make a great granny annex.

The Brinks Mat robbers could just about afford the stamp duty.
