2nd bedroom, Ayrton Senna and Lewis Hamilton

Our House April 2012 by danyeates, on Flickr
That black and white Senna picture is fantastic! Where did you find that from?

Is getting your own photography printed and framed expensive? Last time I went to a framer shop, they wanted £30 to mount and frame! I've got a few photos I want printed and framed for my hallway and bedrooms.
Not sure, my brother bought the picture of Senna! I'm sure you will find it if you googled it.

I use a few different places for the canvas printing, but usually Jessops. The big print of Hamilton in the hall was printed by Youframe on a Groupon thing. Although the quality of the print is good, I won't be using Groupon or Youframe again! It took months to arrive.

I really like Dave Perillo prints - got just the one for now:

Also got this Olly Moss, but after getting it framed I'm not too sure what I think about it anymore:

Just one of Bruce Lee and 2 stamp pictures, a 911 with car stamps and a warship with boat stamps.

I did have a number of prints done of photos I have taken at the hillclimb.

They are not mounted or on the wall at all.

Had some 20"x30" and a 30"x45" one as well. They are a bit massive and awkward to handle.

Some of the panoramic photos would look nice in a set though.

A couple of prints of my Aunts silk painting on the walls downstairs as well. As well as a painting of ex rugby captain Martin Johnston, signed by MJ as well i believe.

How about this offering,

I attended a North London PH meet some time ago and promised to take some pictures of my son around the cars for his Gran.

Stick with me here, I took these photo's but one stood out so i played with it in MS Paint and came up with the bottom picture for her Christmas pressie.

Cropped into this

Black and white comic style

Eyes picked out in different colours

Copied into A3 arranged as a set 4 in a A0 simple frame.

She loved it.

The first one is really pretty, I like that.

We have a few bits, a couple of Louise Brathwaite prints and my other half would like to commission her to do our wedding at some point. An original of McQueen from Bullett by an artist I met through selling a gallery in Southampton and feel in love with the painting, a pop art style canvas. We have a Mark Demsteader pencil sketch which was a treat to myself, my other half is not such a fan, she thinks it's a it haunting, but I really like his studies. Various small more traditional hunting scenes etc, necessary in an old house! Will have to take some photos. Would really like an original Ian Falkner next...
