Great picture, and a nice bit of road too!
I just need something else to drive it again now - good fun heading that way after a blast through Bleak Down.

Love that, it's very Tim Layzell style but nice that it's personal to you
Tim's style was a contibutor to the finished article - looking forward to the Ronnie P and GT40 prints to brighten up my office!

Various prints of 'street art' (think French Banksy's), a couple of Edwyn Collins bird pictures (drawn as part of his physiotherapy after his strokes) and lots of arty photos by the missus. This was our most recent 'big' purchase, an unnecessarily expensive lithograph print:

I love that. My favourite picture on the thread. Good taste of course.
Me too, where can I buy something like that?

One of mine:
I saw this before and think it is great.

I have a few things by other people but don't have photos of them. The OH isn't mad about me having too much of my own up but likes these two of Richard & Steve.

These four were only completed a few weeks ago and I haven't yet decided what I am going to do with them. Can you tell who it is?

My first motoring inspired painting. I think it is a keeper but this will probably stay in my studio as the OH isn't too keen.

Very kind smile

You'll have to do a bit of digging around, because the place we got it from has disappeared off the web, but all the pertinent details are here. The artist is Elizabeth Magill

Interesting that. I'd only recently come across this olden days habit of beautifully illustrating books to this level. It's such a shame that they stopped doing it

That would be Richard Harris; a great Irish actor.

I understand you not being into the Porsche painting. My missus thinks the same way as you. I painted it while I was selling my own 911 and wanted to try something different. frown

I like it - I think it compliments your style (from the others you posted). What's your wife's beef with your work..? You make it sound as if she doesn't care too much for your talents! smile
