Lovely landlord demands adherence to rules like 2 weeks notice of visitors(and approving them!), smoke and he kicks you out there and then, likewise if he thinks you're too loud, and no pork allowed...EVER!!!

I know landlords have to protect their interests, but this is a wee bit OTT to say the least.
Think I would rather be homeless.
