TBH the new cylinder has a thumb lock on the inside which I was after anyway and I hadn't changed the keys since I had move in so I'll probably stick with it.

Be warned that thumb lock euro locks can invalidate your home insurance as they are not considered secure, your door is essentially always unlocked. It only takes a thin arm and your door is open, so ensure that they are backed up with a secondary secure lock.
