DIY spray painting

Got myself a 2 post lift now and want to make it look nicer as it just needs a fresh lick of paint.

How shall I go about this.

I can either brush it on, spray can it on or buy myself a cheap air spray gun to use with my air compressor?

What do you guys recommend? If I go with the air gun method, what sort of paint do I need?

Brush. No need to waste time faffing about masking bits.

yes this stuff is good ...thin it with some white spirit or celly thinners
