Ignore the gardener jibe wink I've just sold a lovely three bed extended semi, so get the pics up - I know I want to see, it's fun seeing everything, not just the mansions! smile

Really like that! Any internal pictures?
I'll put some up when it looks reasonable inside.
Does it look reasonable yet?
My neighbour has had his re thatched since which makes mine looks better too, we've also done some tidying up of front as well.

Anyway, some inside, kitchen:

Lounge:

The bathroom we put in ladt year:

We've done nothing to the downstairs yet hence it's still a mess.

No, the ceilings are very low down stairs and I held the iPad over my head

Did you downsize from your manor house?

I enjoyed your input into the "running costs of a mansion" thread ages ago.

Crap grab from street view, this is the best image I can get as it was bin day in the street when the google car passed, all other angles are obscured by bin lorries!

A bit less grand than some on here but we've just booked an early bird on a plot for a Charles Church 'potter'.

My mate has the same house and we'll be neighbours. I get a man cave (garage and a half) for a pool table, beer fridge, sofa and dart board. My son gets the 2nd lounge as a PS/TV room for him and his mates and my better half gets one of the spare bedrooms as a dressing room.

It is currently a three bed semi and extended which is wonderful and I do keep having the thoughts about ."Why move?"

Here is the new one, going for a change of life and another money pit as I have spent all I can on the Tuscan.

Yes, we have just finished this house, and are only spending half the year here in the UK so have taken on something more managable
Looks lovely!!

Just said to myself that it looks american...boston maybe, then seen your handle and then remembered you're the guy who lives in Hoboken (or did?). NJ apparently gets a bad rap, but when I was there I thought it was bloody lovely!

This is ours. It's our 3rd house since buying our first 9 years ago.
It might be a lot smaller than most on this thread but we love it.
Its been extended to the rear and is spacious enough for our needs (just the two of us plus cat and dog).
The location is perfect too.
