I'm sure we have talked about that one before, I remember the little art-gallery-esque room.

The only things that grates are 'modern' furnishings which are a little predictable in choice. The Rietveld chair in the entrance hall looks, well, just crap.

I love that one but I'm afraid it's very close to my in-laws so "Ah'm oot!"

Yep, I posted it when it went on the market last June.

Comes with a sales video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVU52MCH5-Q

Time Team did a Roman dig in the grounds a few series back as well. - http://www.channel4.com/programmes/time-team/4od#2...

Not strictly pawn, but I'd kind of love to have a shed like that.

That is down the road where I grew up. My parents house overlooks the fishing lake and the Hamble river beyond it.

There are significant planning restrictions down Crableck Lane and the bloke that built this 'lodge' has been trying to get around them for many years. As such, this cannot be a residence and only the lodge could be built. There are rumours as to whether the height of that building is acceptable/legal and the temporary nature of the building is part of the restrictions in place. I'd certainly be surprised if you could legally reside in the property as a permanent dwelling which possibly goes some way to explain its relatively cheap price for that road.

My parents place looks over the Hamble from the other side of the river about that spot.

I love the way picture 10 casually shows his helicopter parked up on the lawn. As one does.
From Google earth the garden isn't very big and the house is very close to the neighbour. Is the helicopter photoshopped in?

Surely you couldn't land in such a small place without seriously annoying next door?!!

Looks like a nice yellow 911 in the front drive as well.
If it is a case of a shopped chop (a chop & shop?) then they have taken the trouble to do it using another model in this advert!

I assume its genuine therefore. Although I agree, not a lot of space both in terms of landing that and in terms of proximity to the neighbours. Wolf of Wall Street moment ahoy.

Looks awful, frankly.

Someone seems to have gone to a great deal of trouble to remove character and make it look like a Barratt new build.

Will be a gift for someone, far too overlooked for security reasons.
