That'll be due to the main bedroom and bathroom being a tad cramped. yes

My eyes, my eyes, that should come with a health warning, in the words of that Brummie character on Harry Enfield & Chums:-

PCH sounds better than it actually is. It's a very, very busy road!
This house, though, is fortunately set-back from the road. The area can also suffer from landslides and effluent problems, which, unsurprisingly, the agents don't tell you. wink

This place always used to be a favourite of mine. I used to spend ~6 weeks/year in SoCal. smile

I think you're being very harsh. The brickwork on the chimney stack is very good.

Holy crap...

Two kitchens, dining room on the first floor, two stair cases, it appears to have been extended about a thousand times judging by the overhead shot... and that's before the decor!

But according to Google it is 160m from the M6!

And thats not from the edge of the land to the edge of the M6, thats from the drive way to the centre of the M6... The edge of the property to the edge of the M6 is 93m!!!!!!!

rofl

ETA: Here is street view: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/52.4697869,-1.5681...

Yes, yes, forget all the unimportant stuff. If you buy it you can become a real Lord of the Manor!

It would appear that if you're working from home in the office there's no way to get to the living room, kitchen diner and breakfast room without going outside the house and in through the back door. or am I missing something? :wobble?
