One vehemently hopes that you mean the less successful, but classier original football club in Fulham, rather than the tawdry, flashy squatters?
One assumes you mean the team who play in front of a Bishop's park rather than a shed! RichB said:

personally if I was spending £15 million on my house, it would have both a) An actual garden and not 15ft of concrete b) a garage to park all the exotic cars I would have also bought. I care not where this is located, if a) and b) are missing its instantly off the list.
this one then sir http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...p.s. property in question is on the left.

For that money how does there compare with roads such as Compton or Bishops Avenue ? With a significant euro win, I would consider there, but I can't imagine having a chat with neighbours over the garden fence! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
I love these types of houses. I know it's only a semi detached, but it's the style I really like. I walked down this road recently, and the house is a lot taller than it seems in the photos. I don't know what name this style of house is, but I'm a big fan.

That's classic Edwardian. i.e. early 1900s and pre-WW1I love these types of houses. I know it's only a semi detached, but it's the style I really like. For such a modern interior I quite like that and it could easily be made a bit more personal. Decent land for the area too.MrChips said:

This has potential, but the combination of Grade II listed and needing renovation isn't for the faint-hearted.
Looks interesting though.

that could be great after huge expense and protracted pissing about with listed status permissions etc. Wonder what it was, looks like a hermit's lair.Looks interesting though.

I've always loved that house, prime position for the station too! however I know that price is in line with the market there and Chingford is a really nice place to live but as someone that grew up there and only moved out a couple of years ago paying £1.3m for a house there just seems bananas. Indeed, I couldn't imagine spending over a million pounds for a house in Chingford. That road is stunning though. petemurphy said:

Incredible that £25M gets you nothing special whatsoever.
