I like that a lot. A short walk to Mill Bay where Henry Tudor landed in 1485 or to Westdale Bay for a spot of surfing, or to Dale for lunch in the Griffin and a spot of boating in Milford Haven. Bloody awful taste in sofas though.EDIT; a quick google reveals some maintenance issues - looks like no money has been spent for about 15 years - would need a good surveyor with a head for heights and a big refurb budget!

This has been around for some time. They have it appear in as many TV shows as possible. The trouble is that it is on the wrong side of the Water for people who it would appeal to with enough money to actually buy it.Love this

Lovely part of the country, perfect size and not too difficult / expensive to manage and (relatively) good value for money

That is beautiful, understated, superb detail and finish & exactly what you would expect given the owner. gwm said:

I suspect you can't really do anything with it, except perhaps camp now and then, and it's a national park and public access, but it's 24 acres of bloody pretty for 30k.

Buy it?
Bragging rights, perhaps. Fairly safe place to stick the money long term.
Most likely, though, it'll be bought by a community or outward bound type group I'd have thought.

Lovely on the outside, a bit bland on the inside.
