Yep, £1.35m fully refurbed would be toppy Nice building and plot, but the extent of the refurb required is massive and that really isn't the best side of the city

There's really no need for this. Its not a religious thing - the bells were used to tell people the time before everyone owned a clock/watch of their own. Its no longer required for them to do this, and most churches no longer do - apart from Sunday morning call to prayer.(*our local Church bells start at 7a.m., then every 15 mins until 10p.m.)
Perhaps having a word with the bell ringers would be a good idea, or if its automated, having a word with the local council as its quite frankly anti-social.
