In an odd way I rather like that. A bit of modernisation and it would make for a unique lair.

Do you know what... that appeals, a lot. Seems a reasonable price. What's that area like? I'm guessing its expensive for its location or something?

unless it has a massive damp issue or something...

Amazing property! I can't believe how cheap it is, if that was near me it'd be a couple of mill.

Sorry, it looks like a particularly naff Costa Blanca hotel internally.

Would have to be comprehensively gutted and the-done to de-Trotter it.

They really are chancing their arm nowadays with prices, that really shouldn't fetch more than 450k, either that or I'm getting old.

Yep, £1.35m fully refurbed would be toppy

Nice building and plot, but the extent of the refurb required is massive and that really isn't the best side of the city

There's really no need for this. Its not a religious thing - the bells were used to tell people the time before everyone owned a clock/watch of their own. Its no longer required for them to do this, and most churches no longer do - apart from Sunday morning call to prayer.

Perhaps having a word with the bell ringers would be a good idea, or if its automated, having a word with the local council as its quite frankly anti-social.

You should write a book "how to ps off the locals when you move in"
