Is there a land plan?

The additional 13 acres loses appeal if it is seperate.

Otherwise, it's bang tidy.

Not a lot to hate about that. Ashford's close too so handy for rail links.
Couple of hundred less and I'd be off to view.
Move it here. It's cheap

If I recall correctly it cost about 1.6 about 3 yrs ago. Massive lounge, open plan. Tiny rooms elsewhere. Not my cup of tea but I do like contemporary.

Cheeky offer of 1.4? Same commute to my offices as now as well. I'm starting to do the sums.

Jesus christ, how many spot lights???!! Got to love the grandstand for the tennis court that's never been used...
That's modern living for ya! Also having words in the room to tell you what to do like "EAT", "SOAK", "LOVE" and either a futuristic looking pool table or maybe an air hockey table, a heap of sport tat in an office and a cinema room with a heap of movie tat.

Yep, apart from quite liking the pool, I struggle to find anything redeeming about that property.

Sensational looking place - that driveway past the loungeroom is quite alluring. The floorplan is a bit of an odd thing though. It needs a garage door too!

While it's not to my taste the staircase is okayish and stripy carpet fashionable.

If you see "BREATH" you know you are in a special house.

Nah, just means they've turned the heating off.

Still seems expensive for a semi.

The curved walls make the downstairs totally impractical. Pic 5, "here is an armchair looking at, err, a picture on the wall because you can't quite see the telly". And that's before you've looked at the chavness...

A few from my village;

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Not sure I like that at all - the fabric of the building is nice, but the decor is neither one thing nor the other.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

That one I much prefer, although decor is not to my taste at all. It's in a beautiful spot.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

That's OK, decor OK - missed a trick there I think

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

Needs updating, but could be lovely.
