I think that's the office over the garage. But its attached to the Mews Houses next door. Part of the original estate I imagine but sold off. Strictly it's an end terrace!

It's not really about the house, it's about the 75 acres of mature woodland in an AONB...

It's really not about the house...

Not much house, but as a secluded get away for those with the means that is bloody gorgeous.

Oh I've been sucked in by the Facebook advertising post from Rightmove, it was a year ago. Apologies.

Saw this in the estate agents window yesterday near me. They're happy to list £2m properties but this has a POA suggesting it could be slightly out of the reach of your average 3 bed semi purchaser. Nice location and plenty of space although the interior is a bit premier league footballer for my tastes.
What's with the estate agent checking his notepad or messing about on his phone in most of the pictures all about?

Not sure if adding some people in there are meant to make it look more homely or something but it looks daft to me.

To my eyes the interior is hideous! Brand new build with pseudo tudor fireplaces etc. no doubt the footballer will be throwing the leg bones of his chicken meal to his great dames! Ghastly! Oh and the outside look like a posh office building not a home. vomit

The woman makes the kitchen island look too high.

Loads on St. Georges Hill that big on less than 1.5 acres....

So many are way way way too big for the plots.

Goes with the territory. Keegan lived in Tranwell back in the day.

Been for sale for years, started off at £4m, not sure if it is still with the builder or has now been taken back by the Bank, If I recall there is fracking going on nearby, which may go some way explaining why it has not sold

It is too high. Maybe the seller is a particularly tall person. But uts too high for normal people.

The floor in the centre of the island is raised. I suppose it give the person inside a panoramic view of the rest of the kitchen. But still an odd thing to do.

There is no fracking going on nearby, or anywhere else in Northumberland.
