Fair play for creating your dream but realistically?

I can't see that shifting for £4 million.

It all boils down to the odds of there being at least one human who wants to and has the means to pay £4m for a 'work in progress' mock Venetian ruin in a less than prime part of the UK.

My guess is that the odds are relatively long and possibly limited to lottery winners with mental illness.

There was an article in the local paper/Wales online about the owner. He's an Eighty something commercial property developer who seems to have just built whatever the heck he wanted. I've got a feeling that he won't be bothered if it sells or not.

I used to see this house through the tree's everyday on the school bus and always really wanted it. Its finally come up for sale...but I'm a few quid short.
