That's rather lovely. Your old bedroom sucks though. hehe
I haven't spent more than an overnight stay in that in 13 odd years. Was a... Bit cramped.

Hard to find faults in that! Unless price is a lure. Here's a possible fault...

Very nice. But not a huge fan of the kitchen and they are rather too fond of grey for my liking, but still a classy property.

Picture 10: WTF is going on with that lampshade?

That's all I've got...

I guess what it really needs is an Audi Showroom bolting to the side of it, but we can't have everything, can we - we'll just have to make do with the occasional flood (albeit it's clearly been there a while, so I wonder if previous floods have affected it?)

That's a little odd, and not very 'me', but i quite like it!
Nice manageable amount of land with it and i love the amount of books they've amassed smile
It's of its time. Designed and built in the late 70s. Very Australian.

The land was amazing. They used to lease the 80 acres next door for cashmere goats so ot was an amazing place to grow up.

They are closing in on their 70s so have bought a nice little cottage in a little village on 1000sqm.

Spectacular. Kitchen could be more sympathetic, but the period features are almost perfect and everything I look for in a house.

The price on this started with a 3 at the front and is quietly coming down. Shame their are no pictures of the garage as the owner likes his cars.

I like that, strangely. But it needs more land to the extent that no one can have a line of sight into the rear of the house.

Seems to have previously listed at £3,500,000
Quite a drop and still too expensive for the small amount of land it has.

Looks lovely and great price, but not one picture of the huge garage block shown on the floorplan - that really annoys me!!

Ha, I was looking at that listing the other day. It's an absolute beauty. Wish I could face rural Norfolk life.

Only nitpicks are the windows and brickwork on what I assume is the kitchen extension.
