Can anyone help me i've wired up a 3rd generation nest to my Worcester Greenstar 30CDI exactly as the wiring diagram but the heating isn't coming on via the nest or the override button on the heat link.

Ive wired as follows:

Live to Live Stat
Neutral to Neutral Stat
Live - Looped to 2 on heat link
Live return to 3 on heat link

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Can anyone help, I have a similar issue to the original poster.

I've got a Greenstar 30cdi boiler currently wired up to a awitch room thermostat with a boiler mounted FW100 weather compensation controller (which can also function as a 'smart' wall mounted stat).
I'd like to replace the old switch room stat with the FW100 and to do so I need to rewire the current configuration so the motherboard can accept the FW100.

In other words, rewire the existing two core cable that currently runs from the room stat to the motherboard from its position as switch/room stat to a new position of accepting the FW100 as a smart stat.

Based on the wiring schematics I'll post below I know where the two FW100 wires needs to go (the B-B terminals), but I don't know where the current-old room/switch stat is wired to, and if I can simply rewire these two wires or if there are any further changes that need to be made on the motherboard.

Many thanks,
Dan

ps also a bit confused as to whether the 'room stat' document correctly describes my set up as my old honeywell room stat out in the hallway is supplied by a two core cable (plus earth) not three as per the diagram
