I read this thread a couple of weeks back and decided that I could not justify a Makita, or Hitachi and so decided on this one.

It seems good enough for most small jobs arround the house.

I am unlikely to deplete one Lithiam Iron battery every time I use, it let alone the spare, and so am wondering how to maximise life. I am guessing that it would be best to deplete the battery in use, switch to the spare and fully recharge the original.

Has anyone any alternative ideas?

Leave one on charge and leave other in drill till it goes flat then swap. Don't leave a Li battery flat as it can knacker it.
