What plaster/dry mix/bonder to fill large hole?
Discussion
I have placed three wooden studs into a dry wall in order to provide support for a basin in an en suite. Basically I cut out vertical holes from top to bottom of the dry wall, slid the wooden studs in and fastened them top and bottom to existing joists. There is about a half inch between the face of each stud and the face of the remaining plaster board together with a small gap between each stud and the dry wall plaster board.
I now need to fill over and around the studs to end up with a smooth wall again, ready for tiling.
What plaster/bonder/other powdered-stuff-that-i-mix would be best for this?
