seriously impressive stuff! Surprised you havent just bought a plot and chucked a timber framed jobbie up on it! What's the retail for a complete job like this? mustn't be commercially viable for man-in-street?!

looking good.

The proposed 1st floor plan seems to show a very large landing.. Would it not be possible to use some of this to create an en-suite for the main bedroom?

Bit of an update..

Soaker time...




Followed by a bit of stainless...



2 done, 4 to go.



Top half of tiles going on, took a lot of searching to find.



Can't beat a tiled valley cool



Scaffold down in a month with any luck !

Agree you can't beat a tiled valley, they look very classy. Would you have been able to do able to do the valleys quicker or slower with lead and cheaper or more expensive? I know valley tiles aren't cheap, but neither is lead, plus you've no cuts(I think) to do.

Lead would have been slower, and I've never liked lead valleys. These valleys were £4 each (20 over gutted biggrin )

You also need to put valley boards in for lead, so,a lot of faffing.
