I've got a typical 70s lean to type thing on the back of my place. It's quite useful but needs a bit of a lift.

I want to get a skylight type thing to put on the roof. My mate who is very handy will help me install it.

All the ones I've seen though say you need a minimum pitch of 15 degrees and a maximum pitch of 60 degrees.

The pitch of the roof where it will go is about 10 degrees.

Would it be a disaster if I installed it if the pitch isn't at the minimum requirements ? The alternative is a get a roof dome but I don't want one of those because so,e of them can't be opened and they are considerably more expensive!

If you can hold off a few weeks, I will probably be stripping a load of good units off on a school in Tottenham, if you can get there to collect, you can take your pick. I think there are some 1200x600 and 1000x1000 there.

No cost. The one in your link is total cack, it will sweat log a pig.

I have one of these: http://www.sunsquare.co.uk/

They seem to require 5 degrees.

Suntubes, telescopic to account for ceiling cavity, or can be fitted flush. These ones are vented.

I'll have a count up, but should be able to accommodate. Weather conditions dictate availability, but they will come available before the kids come back to school.
