I hope things turn around for you, and all the best with the sale, such a delightful property and very nicely done, it'll make someone a lovely family home for sure.

Shame you are having to move out.

I'm frankly astonished at the asking price given the work you put into it (I'm a Berks/Thames Valley resident/mug here, but can;t really figure out a way to move somewhere cheaper).

Last time I looked at this thread it was the middle of 2016 and the house was coming together. I decided to take another look and see you finish the house off, move in and then find out it's up for sale. Gutted for you OP. Best of luck with the sale.

So sorry to hear that OP! frown

Maybe as your sign said... Wish it, dream it, do it?

Focus on your achievements to date and what you are capable of when you put your mind to it? You will find your new 'normal' soon enough....
