Just got back from PC world smile
Will be a few weeks before I can get it set up as we are not going to be in the new place for a while but a good deal all the same.

Whats the advantage of this over a home-brew zwave install? Ease I guess?

That and it has Zigbee also. Plus its pretty much PnP which negates the need for running a PC all the time and s/w costs like Indigo.
