Families need baths, kids & babies aren't too keen on showers. I haven't had a bath since earlier this year as we had to move back to parents while renovating. I missed my shower. Now we are back home I have a shower every day, wifey has bath & shower on alternate days and kids have bath (older one alternates like wifey!).

Can't remember the last time I had a bath but I'd never get rid of one to replace with shower only.

Our en-suite is bath only, and with a sloping roof no real opportunity to fit a shower. The showers' in a different colder part of the house which involves wandering through the living room.

I'd go shower as long as there is a bath in the house elsewhere.

Bath and a gym membership for the showers ?

Depending on if the property was suitable or not for a family, and if this was the only facility, I'd also be going for a bath/overhead shower, then bath, then shower as options.

Many moons ago when we were youngish kids my parents had done up a bungalow with a shower only (god knows why). This got changed, when they caught us kids having blocked up the drain so that we could play with our bath toys..
