That second course of tiles is almost lying flat above the window , and it looks like felt between the skylights , I've only just worked out how to enlarge the pic on this I pad thing , I'm better with hand tools !
Get those checked by a decent roofer first before you start throwing money away .

I only noticed that row today so I will have to get it checked.

As for the felted area It looks solid but I have water coming in along the top left hand corner of the large skylight on the left. Only a dribble even in heavy downpour.

You think that's bad with the ipad, it took me an hour to work out how to get the pictures off my phone lol

My wife bought me an Iphone 3 weeks ago , it's in the bottom of the kitchen cupboard now and I'm using an £8 tesco samsung that doesn't even have a camera , But the battery lasts around 2 weeks ! You've done well to even get an answer off me , get someone decent and honest to check it out first before your pour money into it

Unless you're in a Conservation Area or suchlike no Planning Permission is required provided it's the same/similar colour. Building Regs is needed though so make sure the new covering is lighter than the old.
Also as you are are doing more that 25% of the original area you'll need to show that it's up to current regs as regards insulation.

Ooooh that's a very low pitch for Eternits! And that change in slope - ouch. What pitch is it in degrees and which Eternits are you proposing? If the are the flat or riven 'slate' type you may need a rethink they are 27.5 degree min absolute top whack and that's with double sarking.

A Thrutone goes down to 15 degrees with a 110 headlap.

OP, they've stretched the guage on this Romans for that pitch. But, that doesn't mean you need a new roof, get it stripped out where the ingress is and take it from there.

Romans come off in seconds.
