Hi,

So just had a log burner installed with a lime stone hearth. I'm just wondering if anyone has used any sealant and if so which one and how they found it? Don't fancy leaving it untreated as it soaks liquid in no time and a spilt drink or anything wet could stain it.

Thanks

We find Lithofin products to be that bit better then Tenax although I'm sure both would do the job for what the op is asking for... 😉

Awesome I will certainly have a look! How long does the sealant normally last for?

Some of them last up to 15 years, but I do my one at home every year.
It's easy to do and the stone will only take in what it needs.

Chaps,

Slight issue. We put a vase and candles on the hearth to decorate it a bit, came to move them last night and noticed the below. Any advice how the hell i can get them out?
