We have a combi-boiler and the radiators are now constantly on. I thought it was Tado doing some crazy stuff, as the app thought it only switched the heating on for a few minutes in the morning, but I've now switched the heating off and it is still heating ....

I have homecare, and British Gas are coming later today, but is it going to be painful? The internet says stuck valve? But no clues as to how complicated that is to fix.

Just looking for any insights, thanks.

Circuit board apparently -- not being able to switch the heating off. Replaced and everything works fine now.

Thanks - sorry didn't see your original post.

Stuck valve would be the typical cause in a conventional boiler system, but not with a combi.
