Hi i'm new to this forum so hope the original enquirer will see this. We have exactly the same requirement for a flip out kitchen window. What was the outcome to this post. Was the product available in the UK?
Hi, I ended up selling the house and moving soon after so never got a chance to implement a solution. The way to go would be someone able to do some custom work as advised in the thread.

In theory it's not a difficult job, it's just getting someone who is capable of doing more than just the absolute basics and will find the right window, find the right struts and then put it all together.

Surprised an architectural ali window supplier can't help here? But don't have any contacts.

Obviously most upvc 'top opening' window drop/pivot about 1/3 way down which reduces the need for gas rams but would also screw up the idea.

rather than messing round on ebay or amazon buying gas struts that might or might not work, speak to this firm instead as they will build struts to your spec.

I would recommend making it from Accoya if going down the wooden route.

Get in touch with me if you want any further information, I can recommend a Joinery firm that would be able to do this with all associated hardware.

I could also look into an aluminium version for you!
Hi, did you ever get this sorted? I have been looking for one, it’s quite a big window we’ll need and I don’t really want wood. Was anybody able to help you?

Thanks
