This unannounced inspection took place on 9 April 2018. At the last inspection we placed the home in special measures and the overall rating was ‘Inadequate’. The provider had not met all the actions on this plan at the time of this inspection and the overall rating for this service is Inadequate which means it remains in special measures. It needs knocking down as it's appalling, the owner has not only overpriced it, but the final nail is they've split it and are hanging onto a third thus repelling any would-be reckless multi-millionaire from doing that.
What happened is that the original small cottage is actually still in there, they just got their mates from the pub in and built that shell around it, but didn't finish it off. Check out the pics, previous years price fluctuation and how long it's been on the market.
