I know. Look at the price!I know people that bought a house someone burnt to death in, a fire so intense all that was left was a charred shell and bone fragments.
It didn't bother them until they woke up to the overpowering smell of smoke lingering in the air some years later with no fire to be found they sold up soon after.

It wouldn't bother me tbh. Lots of people die everywhere from various causes. A house is a house.
Exactly. Passing up an otherwise suitable house because it's the "murder house" or such is crazy. It's not that house that makes people criminal.WilliamWoollard said:

I've had a quick look on the maps but I haven't spotted where it actually is yet. Thought it might have been here but it's not quite the right shape - https://goo.gl/maps/DfGYcWRTCGp
Fairly sure it's this oneLaurel Green said:

OK, "secluded" could mean away from roads etc, but that house isn't in half-an-acre, is it?
It's the one to the right of the above mentioned, I think you'll find. But I think there must be more land somewhere as this is only 0.28 of an acre

It's not the brown tiled house, it's the one arrowed.

It could also include the land to the south towards what looks like the neighbours double garage. But I think there must be more land somewhere as this is only 0.28 of an acre

First couple of photos are ok - nothing alarming. But then as you click on - it all goes a bit, well odd!

I’d bet £20 on it being an old Italian woman. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

They obviously hate walls. Therefore they cover them all with fabricshttps://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

Basically, a building plot for a replacement house in a very ordinary looking area. It's hardly a "real estate nightmare", it's just another dilapidated bungalow that is ready to be knocked down and replaced with something more modern.
