There have been a lot of WTF moments in this thread, but that's possibly the WTFiest of them all.
The entire pool room, looks like a converted dining room and how big is the pool really without the agents fish-eye lens? Probably replaced a snooker table but they've moved up in the world since.

Based on the floor-plan, which lists the entire ground floor at 138.5sq/m, I would guesstimate the pool room at around 45sq/m, and the pool itself at around 3x6m.

Not huge, but at the price the house overall really isn't bad.

The whole room is 8.51m long, I would imagine I could swim the entire pool on one stroke!
If the pool has a swim currant fitted it could be OK, I have seen much shorter ones that you just swim and the water moves but who has a fabric 3 piece suite in the pool room!

Having said that, the house is fantastic value, Boston must be a really cheap area to live.

Its the price I can't get over £299k so cheap, where I live for something like that you would need to add a million to the price, you couldn't even get a 1 bed flat for that.
Yes it's very cheap compared with large parts of the country. Half a million would get you pretty much anything on the market in a 20/30 mile radius of Boston.

A mews house in a nice, convenient spot in London is one of my Lottery List houses (including a ski chalet, vineyard, place with a boathouse/mooring in the Med, New York apartment, Caribbean bolthole etc etc)

Not sure I'd pay a few millions for one that needs loads of work though. a nice big garage is essential though so I can leave a car in there and have somewhere to park.
3-5 choice vehicles in each location too, rotate between the locations as I saw fit...

That's brilliant. Permanently damp sofa anyone?

According to right move its 10' x 15', so basically tiny.
It has got an Aquajet at one end, so at least you can do stationary swimming

It's pretty much the cesspit of Lincolnshire (I believe that's a direct quote from their tourist board website before anybody challenges this).

I'll be watching to see how long it takes to sell this one/take it off the market.

I'd say that both Skeggness and Mablethorpe are worse but that's just arguing the difference between treading in dogst or catst to be honest.

I have it on good authority that HMP North Sea Camp just up the road has guards and fences to stop people breaking into the camp to escape Boston hehe

That said you only need to be 5~10 miles inland from the coast to be in some very nice towns or villages

Looks like it's a bungalow built on the garden of another house and they didn't want to give too much garden up for it, probably had to build that far from the road to match other properties and so that's all they have?

It backs onto the main road.

If you click on map view, its not the location shown where the little icon is. It's on the West of the road, and isn't built yet. But you can see the outline of the building.

(If you street map it, it's a caravan seller! laugh )

HOWEVER

It's not a nightmare really given the size and price. Probably aimed at older people downsizing
