This beauty is in Kilmarnock, near Rugby Park, the home of my beloved Kilmarnock Football Club. You can see the Stadium from the garden.

In what way is that a nightmare?
I did think that as it's a big house with plenty of character. What I don't know is anything about the area and how much it's really going to sell for because of the Scottish offers-over system. What I do know is that it's probably quite noisy every other Saturday.

Our local crack den recently went on the market..
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...
It's not worth half that price IMO, it's an absolute basketcase...
Been sat derelict for a couple of years, surprisingly the windows and doors are relatively new, although the glass has been smashed countless times.
It wants knocking down and the whole plot turning into an improved road junction..

That is deceptively small inside. I wonder how it came about as there is nothing like it nearby. It looks difficult to date it as well, doesn't look old enough to be that dilapidated.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...

Not forgetting the lamp and display cabinet with assorted china on the coffee table.
Absolute bonkers decor.

The patch of grass on the other side is council land, and then next to that the plot of newer houses were built about 15-20 years ago, it used to be a really rough pub in the middle of a garvel / tarmac car park that eventually got arsoned by the local scum..

Yeah it's a weird plot. I've lived nearby my whole life (30 years) and it's always been pretty much like that. On Streetview you can see the 'garden' area was pretty overgrown, I'm assuming the actual plot includes all of that corner area to the one side.

Yep, you get the sweep of the corner, but the other boundaries seem to be right up against the house itself. By the looks of the plan there used to be houses there, now demolished. The patch of grass on the other side is council land, and then next to that the plot of newer houses were built about 15-20 years ago, it used to be a really rough pub in the middle of a garvel / tarmac car park that eventually got arsoned by the local scum..
