not a property nightmare per-se (the garden is lovely and the house, seems, immaculate) - more an issue of presentation...

PR Maestro. They've basically moved a bunch of greenery from room to room as they took the photos, put a couple of fake sheep in the garden in the hope it will go viral.

£5k plus fees? At least you'd get decent mobile reception

Checks out auction site for legal pack

Defeated by required registration

Continue to assume this is being demolished, subject to service charges of the purchase price p.a., loose interest

It’s a guide price.

Guide prices are set to generate interest, they aren’t a value.

It’ll sell for 10 times that IMO.

Try their auction site, they have many properties with starting prices a lot lower and I wouldn't be surprised if the didn't go up by much either.

If you look at picture 2 it still has steel windows. Maybe there is a huge cost just waiting to be passed on to the lease holders?

Link detached? Street view not working for me but it looks like end of terrace as far as I can see
It's link-detached via the garage, they're just ignoring that it also forms the end of a terrace.
Link-detached and end of terrace? Two houses for the price of one!

It looks like the shared lobby and staircase for an apartment or office building.

For some reason NYC, particularly Manhattan, is always stupid prices! I never understand why, lots of major cities have high property prices, but you'd struggle to find much above £30M in the UK. Or even the same in Tokyo!

This 7 Bed apartment in Shibuya is 2.6Billion Yen or about £20M GBP

https://housingjapan.com/buy/tokyo/shibuya/jinguma...

New luxury build "Gravitas Akasaka Tokyo" is around £7.5M GBP (each, there are 2 in the development)

(Apparently this is the good bit of Tokyo. )
